Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
- Business information you share during onboarding, such as hours, services, prices, and policies.
- Call and message records, including recordings and transcripts of calls (with notice and your agreement) and the content of text messages exchanged with us.
- Technical information, such as the date, time, and duration of calls and messages.
How we use it
- To provide, set up, and improve the services you ask for
- To schedule appointments and send related texts and confirmations
- To answer your questions and give support
- To keep our services secure and meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our services, such as telephony, text messaging, cloud hosting, and AI model providers. They process information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Call recordings
Our assistants tell callers they are AI and tell them when a call is recorded. We record only after giving notice and obtaining agreement. Recordings and transcripts are kept in access-restricted storage and used to deliver and improve the service you requested.
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, to stop contacting you, or to stop recording your calls. Contact us using the details below. Some state laws give residents additional rights, and we will honor requests as those laws require.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
